张晓东，博士、上海交通大学数学科学学院教授、博士生导师。1998年在中国科学技术大学获得理学博士学位。曾经在以色列理工学院和智利大学做博士后， 以及在美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校等校做访问学者。先后参加973项目、863项目、重点项目、以及多次主持面上项目、国际合作项目等。曾获得安徽省科技进步二等奖（与他人合作）。已经在SCI期刊发表90多篇论文， 并且被他人在SCI 杂志上引用800多次。目前担任中国运筹学会的图论组合分会副理事长。目前主要研究领域为随机图与复杂网络，谱图理论，组合矩阵论等。

五、报告摘要及个人介绍：In this report, we will introduce the computing method for various spectra of some graph operations based on corona and cover of graphs.
侯耀平，二级教授，湖南师范大学博士生导师。长期从事代数学和组合数学的教学与研究，主要研究领域为代数图论及其应用,已在国内外学术期刊上发表论文90多篇,其中SCI论文40多篇。已主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,主持湖南省教育厅重点项目和优秀青年项目各一项,是湖南省高校"科技创新团队"项目“复杂网络中的典型数学问题研究”带头人. 主持完成的研究成果两次获得省级科研成果二等奖。

五、报告摘要及个人介绍：We will talk about some recent developments of spectra, inertias and refined inertias of sign pattern matrices, ray pattern matrices and complex sign pattern matrices.
邵燕灵，中北大学教授，博士生导师，山西省教学名师，山西省高等学校131领军人才，中共山西省高等院校工作委员会、中共山西省教育厅党组联系的高级专家。曾分别在美国Texas State University、Middle Tennessee State University访问研究。主要从事组合矩阵理论、图论及其在相关学科中的应用等方面的研究工作。先后完成国家自然科学基金项目2项，山西省自然科学基金项目4项，山西省回国留学人员科研资助项目1项。发表科研论文160余篇，其中SCI收录40余篇、EI收录20余篇。获山西省科技进步奖自然科学类二等奖1项、三等奖2项。

一、报告题目 : Adjacent vertex distinguishing total coloring of graphs with maximum degree 4

五、报告摘要及个人介绍：Let k be a positive integer. An adjacent vertex distinguishing (for short, AVD) totalk-coloring φ of a graph G is a proper total k-coloring of G such that no pair of adjacent vertices have the same set of colors, where the set of colors at a vertex v is {φ(v)}∪{φ(e) : e is incident to v}. Zhang et al. conjectured in 2005 that every graph with maximum degree Δ has an AVD total (Δ + 3)-coloring. Recently, Papaioannou and Raftopoulou confirmed the conjecture for 4-regular graphs. In this paper, by applying the Combinatorial Null stellensatz, we verify the conjecture for all graphs with maximum degree 4.
苗正科，江苏师范大学教授、博士生导师。现任科技处处长兼科技与产业部常务副主任。兼任中国运筹学会理事、中国运筹学会图论组合分会副理事长、中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及应用专业委员会常务委员、江苏省数学会副理事长等学术职务。2000年6月毕业于南京大学数学系并获理学博士学位。先后被评为中青年学术带头人和江苏省“333高层次人才培养工程”中青年科学技术带头人。主要从事非负矩阵的幂敛指数、符号模式矩阵的蕴涵稳定性以及图的着色等方面的研究工作。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项（1项在研）和多项省部级项目；在国内外重要学术期刊上发表论文80余篇。获江苏省教育教学成果二等奖2项。

一、报告题目 : On the non-odd-bipartiteness of even uniform hypergraphs

五、报告摘要及个人介绍：It is known that for a simple graph the bipartiteness can be characterized by the spectrum of the adjacency matrix,Laplaican matrix or signless Laplacian matrix of the graph. Shao et al. characterized the odd-bipartiteness of even uniform hypergraphs by the H-spectrum, spectrum of the adjacency tensor, Laplacian tensor or signless Laplacian tensor of the hypergraph. In this talk we find two differences between the Laplacian spectrum and signless Laplaican spectrum of simple graphs and hypergraphs.
范益政，安徽大学数学科学学院院长、教授、博士生导师、中国科学技术大学博士，教育部新世纪优秀人才、安徽省学术与技术带头人。曾在南京师范大学从事博士后研究工作和加拿大里贾纳大学（University of Regina）从事访问学者研究工作。主要研究领域为：代数图论及其在信息科学中的应用。主持多项国家自然科学基金等项目，发表论文100余篇。

五、报告摘要及个人介绍：In this talk, some problems which are basic to the spectral hypergraph theory are asked and we think about why these problems are proposed for the development of spectral hypergraph theory.
李洪海，江西师范大学数学与信息科学学院硕士生导师，博士毕业于中国科技大学，获江西师大青年英才培育计划资助，于15年荣获熊智明奖教金。曾受江西省科协“远航工程”资助出国访问、应邀访问香港理工大学数学系、受国家公派在加拿大西蒙佛雷泽大学访学一年。研究兴趣包括图谱理论和图的匹配理论，主持（含已结题）国家自然科学基金3项，江西省自然科学基金3项及教育厅自然科学基金多项。
