Abstract: The $\alpha$-modulation spaces, introduced by P. Gr\"obner \cite{Gb}, are proposed as intermediate function spaces between modulation space and Besov space, with respect to parameters $\alpha \in [0,1]$. In this paper we will consider some typical properties of $\alpha$-modulation spaces including dual spaces, complex interpolation and multiplication algebra. The scaling property and the inclusions between $\alpha_1$-modulation and $\alpha_2$-modulation spaces are also obtained. We also show that our results are optimal, by constructing several examples.

韩金晟，师从北京大学彭立中教授，北京大学博士毕业，现在上海交通大学数学系工作。研究兴趣：调和分析的理论及应用；非线性发展方程的初边值问题。
