Abstract: We use the First and Second laws of thermodynamics in order to introduce a thermodynamically consistent theory of weak solutions in the full thermodynamical framework. Questions related to well-posedness as well as weak strong uniquenes of such solutions are discussed.

Eduard Feireisl，著名数学家，主要研究领域： 偏微分方程、无穷维动力系统、数学流体力学。曾获捷克共和国2004年科学院奖、高级ACADEMIAE 2007-2013、捷克共和国2009年科学院奖。
